Myerson, Joyce

Joyce Myerson is a professional, full-time, academic and literary translator (Italian to English). Besides countless articles and full-length books on art history, history of Italian cinema, architecture and urban planning, archaeology, psychology, and psychoanalysis for university presses, she has translated a book of 14th-century Tuscan poetry (University of Edinburgh Press) and she has completed the translation of several novels, short stories, and a prize-winning novella by the Italian author, Irene Grazzini for publication in the U.S. She is currently translating a novel by another Italian author and art historian.  Her own short works have been published recently by Cagibi and The Write Launch.
