Humby, Phyllis

Phyllis Humby lives in rural Ontario Canada with her husband, Marv, their loveable mixed breed dog, Lexus, and a prima donna Persian cat named Tiki.

A natural storyteller, Humby creates realistic characters and storylines that capture your attention from the very first page.  She writes a weekly blog, The Write Break, and a monthly column, Up Close and Personal, in The First Monday magazine.  Several of her short stories have appeared in publications in Canada, The United States, and the U.K.  Having recently completed a collection of short stories, Phyllis Humby is currently working on her third novel.
