Diemert, Jean Frances

Jean Frances DiemertJean Frances Diemert is a retired educator of children with special needs. She has been an assistant librarian, a pre-school teacher and a docent at Orchard House, Home of the Alcotts, in Concord, Massachusetts. She is an avid reader, walker/hiker, kayaker, XC skier, and knitter. She has written a collection of poems, Twenty-four Moons, and a YA novel, Clarie and Nakia, which are as yet unpublished. She is a proud mother of two daughters and Nana to her five grandchildren. Writing both poetry and fiction has been a life-long pursuit.
