Bueno, Martin


Martin Bueno was born in Holland and came to Canada as a child. He went to the University of Waterloo where he studied Biology and illustrated a textbook on dragonflies. At university he developed his love for the biological sciences.

He spent several years working as a pharmaceutical representative and currently works at a compounding pharmacy as a medical compounding consultant visiting physicians and pharmacists.

His debut novel, The Rainbow Alchemist is a combination of chemistry and the mystery of the Tarot.

Martin plays violin with the Divertimento Orchestra. He also enjoys working backstage on live theatre productions presented by the Ottawa Little Theatre.

He resides in Westboro Ottawa.
