Barton, Lesley

DSCN1180Lesley Barton developed her writing skills as a science journalist. She is a recipient of a Silver Award from the prestigious National Magazine Awards program. More recently she has focused her energies on the art of short story writing. She has lived from coast to coast in both Canada and the United States and draws inspiration for her stories from the many communities in which she has lived and the people she has met. Lesley lives in rural eastern Ontario, near the small community of Maberly.
